Mrs. Stiles has been a trial attorney for more than 20 years. Her practice focuses solely on Family Law. She has been recognized by her peers as the best family law attorney in Virginia in the 2001 and 2003 Virginia Business Legal Elite. She has consistently been listed in the Legal Elite publication annually since 2000 as one of the best family law attorneys in Virginia. Mrs. Stiles sits on the Board of Governors for the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest AV rating.

Mrs. Stiles received her B.S. with Honors from the University of Florida in 1983 and her J.D. from the University of Richmond in 1986. While attending law school she was awarded the Best Advocate and Best Brief Award. She served as a member of the University of Richmond Law Review and published Spoliation: Civil Liability for Destruction of Evidence."
